Order Processing

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of purchase.

Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be provided via email where an email address has been supplied. If no email address is provided, tracking details will be sent via SMS where possible.

Australian Shipping

Standard Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders.

Orders are shipped via Australia Post Parcel Post and include tracking.

Most deliveries arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and Australia Post network conditions.

Express Shipping

Express Shipping is available for an additional AUD $15.

Express delivery timeframes are determined by Australia Post and are estimates only.

International Shipping

International orders are shipped via Australia Post and incur a flat shipping fee of AUD $15.

Delivery times vary by destination but typically range from 7–30 business days after dispatch.

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by their country.

Tracking

All orders include tracking. Tracking information will be sent via email where an email address has been provided, or via SMS where available.

Optional Extra Cover

Australia Post includes limited compensation for eligible parcels. Customers may request additional Australia Post Extra Cover before completing their purchase.

Extra Cover is available at current Australia Post rates and provides additional protection against loss or damage during transit.
